If you deposit funds using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider or financial institution, not by jl868. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

If your account is closed due to violation of these Terms, jl868 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance and pursue legal remedies for damages incurred as a result of your prohibited conduct. Account closures initiated by jl868 for cause are not subject to appeal.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl868, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jl868 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall jl868's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 10,000.00, whichever is less.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies in accordance with Philippine law.

10. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
